Just go into the interview relaxed and authentic - stay true to yourself, even if the excitement is great. Good preparation never hurts, but don't worry: prior knowledge in the field is not a prerequisite. What counts here is that you are curious and motivated.

What does the training process at Venneker look like?
The structure of the training is simple and clear: the school part is taught in blocks at the Geno-Kolleg in Münster, while the rest of the time is spent in the office. There you take on responsible tasks and have the opportunity to take part in various projects.
Why do you recommend training at Venneker?
I recommend training with the Venneker Group for several reasons. Firstly, we offer an excellent balance between theoretical knowledge and practical experience, which enables trainees to understand their field in all its facets. Secondly, we place great emphasis on individual support and development. What tips do you give applicants?
Just be yourself! Don't pretend and stay authentic. You don't have to have any special experience, but a certain amount of preparation won't hurt. The most important thing is that you show interest and are open to new things.
